个人简介:
苏杨博士,南方科技大学生命科学学院研究助理教授,江苏海洋大学学士,南京师范大学生物学博士,上海交通大学和南方科技大学博士后。主要研究磷酸肌醇的功能和蛋白质稳态的代谢调控。获国家自然科学基金青年项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、深圳市基础研究面上项目资助。以第一作者或共第一作者在Molecular Cell,mbio,FEBS Journal等杂志上发表研究论文多篇。入选深圳市高层次人才计划。
研究领域:
Culling-ING ligase(CRL)泛素连接酶是最大的E3泛素连接酶群体,介导体内总泛素化的20%。CRLs需要被拟素化修饰激活才能行使功能,受去拟素酶CSN复合体抑制。我们研究CRL拟素化的代谢分子调控路径,包括多磷酸肌醇小分子和营养。
