师资
郭书祥,日本工程院院士,IEEE Fellow, 长江学者,国家特聘专家,现任南方科技大学电子与电气工程系讲席教授。曾就职日本国立香川大学机电工程系30余年,作为该大学终身教授。作为国家特聘专家在北京理工大学多年。主持省部级以上课题10余项,包括科技部863课题和日本国文部科学省重点科研项目(相当于中国科技部973项目)。作为第一完成人获得省部级二等奖5项,另获10余次IEEE 国际会议最佳论文奖。目前研究方向为微机器人技术、血管检查微系统、医疗生物用遥控微操作系统等医学机器人,智能水下机器人等。培养了硕士、博士以及博士后100余名,其中多名在国内外著名大学任教,包括日本大阪大学,加拿大滑铁卢大学、中国北京理工大学,哈尔滨工业大学等。任多个国际期刊编委及大会主席,目前为IEEE ICMA国际会议的执行主席以及《IJMA (机电一体化和自动化)国际杂志》主编等学术职务。

1.具有相关专业的博士学位,在国际顶刊、顶会以第一作者身份发表过两篇以上科研论文;
2.为人正直,勤奋踏实,积极上进,具有高度责任心、创新能力和团队合作精神;
3.良好的专业英语写作和报告能力
博士后待遇
1.根据个人的科研资历,年薪不少于30万元,其中深圳市财政生活补贴12万元/年(免税)在完成开题考核和中期考核就可以分别申领。特别优秀候选人可以申请校长卓越博士后,年薪可达50万元以上。(含广东省及深圳市补助);
2.享受五险一金、餐补、过节费、免费体检等福利待遇,课题组根据具体科研工作业绩情况,为博士后提供相应的科研绩效奖励;
3.出站留深工作满三年,符合深圳市后备级条件的可获160万元的住房补贴;
4.海外博士或具有一年以上留学经历留深工作可申请深圳市孔雀计划160-200万住房补贴。
