师资
陈全博士,南方科技大学深港微电子学院助理教授(副研究员),博士生导师,深圳市海外高层次人才。毕业于香港大学电机电子工程系,曾任美国加州大学圣迭戈分校(UCSD)博士后和香港大学研究助理教授,2019年加入南方科技大学深港微电子学院。主要研究领域为电子设计自动化(EDA)领域的先进算法及工具,重点应用于超大规模模拟和射频电路仿真,后摩尔时代多物理场分析以及基于量子物理的新一代纳米器件仿真等。获2012年ICCAD最佳论文奖提名,2020年吴文俊人工智能芯片奖二等奖,入选深圳市孔雀团队。先后主持和主要参与包括国自然重点、国自然面上、国自然专项和广东省重大研发计划在内的多项纵向研究项目。主持多项与华为、华大九天和国微集团等EDA龙头企业合作的横向项目。在EDA领域顶级期刊和会议上发表学术论文50余篇(包括TCAD、DAC、ICCAD等),连续数年担任DAC会议和ICCAD会议(EDA领域两大顶级会议)技术程序委员会(TPC)成员。中国仿真协会集成微系统建模与仿真专委。拥有4项中国发明专利。
