Kwai Hei Li

Brief Introduction

Kwai Hei Li received the B.Eng. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 2009 and 2013, respectively. After graduation, he received 1-year postdoctoral research training at McGill University in Canada. He worked as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at HKU from 2016 to 2019. He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech). His research interests are the design, fabrication, and characterization of wide bandgap semiconductors devices. He has published more than 160 papers in international peer-reviewed academic journals and conferences.
